It is a healthy drink which provides energy,boosts immunity,aids in digestion,detoxifies the body and has a cooling effect.

INGREDIENTS :
- 2 tbsp Thandai Masala(थंडाई मसाला)
- 2 cups of full fat milk(दुध)
- 2-3 tbsp sugar(साखर)
- Few saffron strands(केसर)
- Few Almonds(बदाम) & Pistachio(पिस्ता) for garnishing

METHOD :
- In a pan add milk.
- Once the milk gets warmer add Thandai Masala Powder,sugar & few saffron strands.
- Give everything a nice stir.
- Give it a nice boil.
- Now let it get cool down.
- Chill it in a refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Once nicely chilled pour them into the glass and garnish it with sliced almonds and pistachios.
- Your Thandai is ready.
- Serve it chill and enjoy…..
