
Farali Idli-Dhokla Flour | Farali Idli-Dhokla Premix is usually made for fasts or upwaas from which we can prepare delicious idli’s or dhokla’s.
The procedure of making this flour is very easy and can be easily prepared at home.This flour is made of Sago (साबुदाणा) and Sama Rice (भगर/समा के चावल). You can prepare it in advance and can store it in an airtight container and can use it whenever required.

FARALI IDLI-DHOKLA PREMIX | FARALI IDLI-DHOKLA FLOUR | INSTANT FARALI IDLI-DHOKLA MIX

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup Sama rice/ Bhagar (भगर)
- ¼ cup Sago/ Sabudana (साबुदाणा)

METHOD :
- In a pan first dry roast sama rice or bhagar on low to medium flame.
- Dry roast till the sama rice turns golden brown and crisp.
- Next dry roast the sago or sabudana on low to medium flame.
- Dry roast the sabudana till it becomes light and fluffy.
- Remove both in a plate.
- Let it get cool down.
- Transfer it to mixer grinder and grind it to a coarse powder.
- Your Farali Idli-Dhokla premix is ready.
- You can prepare farali idli and dhokla’s from this premix.

RECIPE NOTES :
- You can make this premix in very less time span.
- This can be stored in an airtight for weeks long or can also be refrigerated.
- Dry roast the ingredients and make sure you don’t burn them while roasting.
