Upvas Thalipeeth | Upwas Bhajni Thalipeeth | Navratri Recipe is a multi-grain pancake which is a popular Maharashtrian recipe that is widely prepared during the fast. These thalipeeths are prepared from the special type of flour mix that can be prepared easily at home and is popularly called as Thalipeethachi Bhajni
This bhajni is nothing but the mixture of roasted Sama rice(bhagar),Sago(sabudana),Amarnath seeds(rajgira). These are grinded to a fine powder. This bhajni is then used to make thalipeeth’s.
You can prepare these thalipeeth’s with different variations like you can add cucumber, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes etc..of your choice.
These are healthy, nutritious and a full meal option during the fasting day’s.These can be served with cucumber raita or curd or the farali coconut chutney.
Here I am preparing these from boiled potatoes, peanut powder and green chilly paste and the bhajni flour. And they really came out very tasty and crispy.
