Upvasachi Bhajni | Navratri Recipe is nothing but the fasting flour which is a quick and easy recipe that can be prepared in less period of time.It is made from Bhagar or Samo Rice,Sago or Sabudana and Rajgira.

Just have to dry roast all these ingredients on medium flame.And then just have to grind to a fine powder.You can prepare the Thalipeeth,Dosa…from this bhajni flour.

A very easy and quick recipe for Navratri that can be prepared within 15-20 minutes.So lets start and prepare this healthy flour for this festive season of Navratri….

Upvasachi Bhajni | Navratri Recipe | उपवासाची भाजणी | व्रत कि भाजणी

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup Bhagar / Samo rice / Sama ke chawal
  • ½ cup Sabudana / Sago
  • ½ cup Rajgira / Amarnath seeds


METHOD :

  • In a pan dry roast the bahgar/sama ke chawal.
  • Roast till the bhagar changes its colour.Don’t burn it.
  • Next dry roast the sabudana on medium flame.
  • Now dry roast the rajgira till it starts puffing.
  • Let all of these three ingredients get cool down.
  • Mix all of these evenly.
  • Now in a mixer grinder add this mixture.
  • Grind it to a fine powder.
  • Your Upavasachi Bhajni is ready.
  • You can prepare various dishes from this fasting flour.
