MASALE BHAAT | MAHARASHTRIAN STYLE MASALE BHAAT | मसाले भात

Masale Bhaat is an authentic Maharashtrian dish.It is nothing but a rice spiced with very authentic maharshtrian spices and loaded with lots of vege’s.Here in this recipe of Masale bhaat I have used Indrayani Rice and Masoor dal or red lentils in combination.Generally Masale Bhaat is prepared with only Rice, but we in our family like it with some lentils added like toor dal, moong dal…The combination of rice and lentils is always fab and nutritious also.

Masale bhaat has whole spices added in it,but here I have used fresh khada masala’s.Its optional you can use this whole spices also…instead of powder. The vegetables added are all to your choice…that are available at that moment in your kitchen..but the main taste of this rice is because of the vegetables and spices.

So lets start with this very traditional and authentic dish of Masale Bhaat ….in my style…hope you would love it…

  • Your Masale Bhaat is ready to eat.
